MP Politics News: Assembly elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh at the end of the year. In view of this, the ruling party BJP has started focusing on Digvijaya Singh more than former Chief Minister Kamal Nath. The BJP has released a poster, describing Digvijay Singh’s tenure as ‘Andher Nagri, Chaupat Raja’.
Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh, while playing an active role in the politics of Madhya Pradesh, is visiting all those assembly seats which have gone out of the hands of the Congress. Digvijay Singh is also constantly attacking the BJP government. He made many serious allegations against the government while visiting most of the districts of Madhya Pradesh. Now BJP has started focusing on Digvijay Singh more than former Chief Minister Kamal Nath. In the poster issued by BJP, Digvijay Singh’s Chief Minister’s tenure has been targeted. A dejected photo of Digvijay Singh has been posted in the title ‘Andher Nagri Chaupat Raja’, in which issues ranging from infrastructure to corruption have been raised.
BJP kept these issues in public
In the poster released by the Madhya Pradesh unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party, it has been written that during the tenure of Digvijay Singh, there used to be roads in potholes and clothes were dried on electric wires. Equally, there has been a sharp attack on corruption. BJP wrote in the poster, ‘Digvijay Singh’s misrule, corruption was at its peak. Congress means misery and corruption, there was hue and cry in Digvijay Singh’s rule. Apart from this, the issue of terror of dacoits has also been raised by BJP through posters. As of now, however, no response has come from senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh regarding this poster.
