Wrestlers At Gurudwara Bangla Sahib: Wrestlers took out a protest march in Delhi on Wednesday (May 17) demanding the arrest of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on charges of sexual harassment. The protesters reached Gurdwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi during their protest march and offered obeisance there.
After this, wrestler Sakshi Malik told the media that God will definitely win. A video of Malik has surfaced, in which his fellow wrestler Vinesh Phogat is also seen in the dharna. Supporters including wrestler Bajrang Punia and other wrestlers participated in the protest march.
What did Sakshi Malik say?
Sakshi Malik said, “Never thought that we would have to see this situation. The same thing is that God has written some things in life and it was written… You have to struggle, you have to raise your voice, but I would like to say that maybe God has given us a good deed and we should fulfill it. Will do it honestly. If God gives us his blessings, we will definitely win this battle.
