You will get an SMS (Unique Porting Code) from 1900. UPC is a 10-digit code, which is used to port your number to another operator. Now you go to the nearest Airtel store. Fill the porting request form and submit your UPC. You will have to provide some documents, such as your ID proof and address proof. The porting process usually takes 2-3 days. Once the porting process is complete, you will be able to use your old number on Airtel network.

Jio porting process

Go to the Jio website and click on the “Port your number” link. Enter your mobile number and click on the “Submit” button. You will get an SMS from Jio with your Unique Porting Code (UPC). Now visit the nearest Jio store. Fill the porting request form and submit UPC. You will have to provide your ID proof and address proof.
