Death of Nitesh Pandey: TV’s very popular actor Nitesh Pandey died after a cardiac arrest at a hotel in Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra. He was 51 years old. According to the police statement, “Writer-actor Nitesh Pandey was staying at Hotel Dew Drop in Igatpuri since Tuesday morning. The actor had ordered food in the evening. After this, when the door of his room was knocked to deliver the order, he did not open the door. In such a situation, a member of the staff opened the door with the help of the master key. Nitesh Pandey was lying unconscious inside.

Nitesh was declared dead by the doctors on being taken to the hospital.
The police further said, “The hotel management had admitted Nitesh Pandey to the rural hospital in Igatpuri at 2 am. But the doctors had declared him dead even before admitting him there. Igatpuri police is engaged in further investigation of the matter. At present, the police is waiting for the post-mortem report of the actor. The police is also questioning the staff and close relatives of the hotel.

Nitesh was associated with the entertainment industry for 25 years.
Nitesh started his career in theater in the early 90s. After this he turned to the small screen and did many television shows. Talking about Nitesh’s TV serials, he played important roles in shows like ‘Tejas’, ‘Manzil Apni Apni’, ‘Saya’, ‘Astitva Ek Prem Kahani’, ‘Justju’. He was last seen on the small screen in the role of Dheeraj in the serial ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara’. Nitesh also had a production house of his own.
