The Single Bench of Justice M Nagaprasanna, while ordering the quashing of the petition filed against the person, observed that the allegation of cheating has been made on the ground that the petitioner has broken the promise of marriage with the victim, the complainant has admitted in the court that he He is already married and has a daughter, in such a situation, if he is already married, then the question of cheating on breaking the promise of marriage does not arise, in this case this FIR has no meaning.
