India has lodged a strong protest against these incidents. Sources gave this information to news agency ANI. A Sikh man named Manmohan Singh (35) was shot dead by gunmen on Saturday (June 24) in Peshawar, Pakistan.

Manmohan Singh was on his way to the city area from Rashid Garhi, a suburb of Peshawar, when some armed men attacked him near Guldara Chowk, Kakshal. against sikhs in pakistan There have been four incidents between April and June 2023 and India has taken these incidents seriously.

India has Pakistani officer summoned

According to sources, India has demanded that the Pakistani authorities honestly investigate these violent attacks on the Sikh community and share the investigation report. Arrest made in murder case

In the case of Manmohan Singh’s murder, the Peshawar Police has told that some suspects have been arrested. Manmohan Singh was a ‘Hakeem’ (Unani medicine practitioner) by profession. Police said that they have reached close to arresting the main accused involved in the murder. This is the second incident of attack on a Sikh person in Peshawar in the last 48 hours.

Increasing attacks on Sikhs in Pakistan

A Sikh man was injured in the firing on Friday. The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) is probing the attack on Sikh businessman Trilok Singh. Police believe that only after a thorough investigation of the attack on two Sikh persons in Peshawar within 48 hours, the real reasons behind it would be known.
