Arvind Kejriwal Petition : The hearing on Arvind Kejriwal’s petition against his arrest has been postponed in the Supreme Court. The next hearing will now be held on September 5. Arvind Kejriwal had filed two petitions against his arrest. The CBI has filed a reply on one of them. On the other hand, time has been sought for a reply on the second petition. Therefore, the Supreme Court has postponed the hearing for now. That means Arvind Kejriwal will remain in jail for now.
