A dilapidated slider broke down in Bagha’s middle school, six children were injured after being buried under the debris

School Slider Broken In Bagaha: On Thursday (29th August) six children were injured after being buried under the debris when a dilapidated slider fell on them in Madhya Vidyalaya Naraipur situated in Tirupati Sugar Mill of Bagaha block. The condition of one of them is critical and he has been referred to the district hospital. Actually, children were playing on the slider which was in dilapidated condition for years in Government Madhya Vidyalaya Naraipur during lunch break when this accident happened and many children were buried under the debris. After the accident, there was a lot of shouting and screaming on the spot.

About six students were injured in the accident

According to the information, about six students have been injured, many have serious injuries on their foreheads, while some students have deep wounds on their hands and legs. After the incident, all the injured were admitted to the hospital in a hurry. One student Karan Kumar Das has been seriously injured, whose condition is very critical. Therefore, DS of the sub-divisional hospital Dr. AK Tiwari has referred him to GMCH Bettiah for better treatment. This has been confirmed by the hospital in-charge Deputy Superintendent Dr. Ashok Kumar Tiwari. According to the doctor, other children are out of danger, who are currently being treated at the sub-divisional hospital.

BJP district president demanded action

After the incident, a crowd of family members and guardians gathered in the hospital. Meanwhile, anger was also seen among the family members of the children. BJP district president BN Tiwari also reached the hospital and after knowing the condition of the injured, demanded action from the senior officials of the district administration and education department. Along with this, a demand has been made for the reconstruction of the dilapidated building and sports equipment railing. Along with this, DM Dinesh Rai has been assured to take initiative to ensure that such an incident does not recur in other schools.
