Golden opportunity for Indians to get jobs in Israel, demand for 15 thousand people! These facilities will be available

Israel has approached India to recruit job seekers in infrastructure and healthcare services. Israel needs 10,000 construction workers and 5,000 healthcare workers. Teams from Israeli companies will visit India in the coming weeks.

The second round of recruitment drive for constructor workers will be held in Maharashtra. The Israeli government has sought personnel for four specific roles through the border authority: framework, iron welding, plasticing and ceramic tiling. Israeli companies will visit India and select workers for these roles based on criteria and skills.

Recruitment of caregivers into health services

Additionally, Israel needs 5,000 care workers to boost its healthcare services. Candidates must have passed a minimum of 10th standard or a certification from a recognized Indian institute, as well as completed a care course with at least 990 hours of on-the-job training.

Selected candidates will get these facilities

The selected candidates will be provided medical insurance, food, house to live in and salary of Rs 1.92 lakh per month by Israel. Apart from this, they will also be given a bonus of Rs 16,515 every month.

First round results

A total of 16,832 candidates took the trade skill test in the first round of recruitment of construction workers, out of which 10,349 candidates were selected. The campaign was conducted in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Telangana.

Agreement and future plans

The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) approached the states under a Government to Government (G2G) agreement in November 2023. Israel has said that all the selected candidates will have to undergo the necessary orientation training before moving from India to Israel, which will include a manual on Israeli culture, lifestyle and adapting to the new home.

Agreement reached in 2023

A framework agreement for temporary employment of Indians was signed between India and Israel in May 2023. The agreement is in line with the government’s vision of making India the skill capital of the world, and NSDC provides the necessary training to talented and skilled individuals through it.
