2. Do not eat refined, carbohydrate, cake, bread, ice cream, soda, fast food and biscuits.

3. When uric acid increases, eat low purine foods, all fruits, green vegetables, legumes, lentils, beans, soybean, dry fruits, cherries, seeds in your regular diet.

4. Drink plenty of water.
