Medicines that failed the CDSCO test? Are these medicines useless?

Medicines Failed in Quality Test : 53 medicines including paracetamol have failed the quality test. These include not only vitamins, sugar and blood pressure medicines but also antibiotics. The banned medicines include Clonazepam tablets used for attacks and anxiety, painkiller Diclofenac, Ambroxol used for respiratory diseases, anti-fungal Fluconazole and some multivitamins and calcium tablets. These medicines are manufactured in big companies like Hetero Drugs, Alkem Laboratories, Hindustan Antibiotics Limited (HAL), Karnataka Antibiotics and Pharmaceuticals Limited. What is the meaning of failed medicines
