What not to do on Sharadiya Navratri

Astrologer says that this time Navratri is very special because Goddess Mother will come riding on a doli or palanquin this time. According to him, everyone except children, old people and sick people should fast for nine days during Navratri. One should live with rules and restraint during this period. Goddess Swarupa women should not be angered at all on Navratri. One should not hurt them, because Mother Goddess gets angry with those who do so and punishes them.
