This airport will be built in 4 phases, the contract for which has been made with Zurich for 40 years. The first phase will start in April 2025 in which a target of 12 million has been set. After 30 million passengers in the second phase and 50 million in the third phase, after completing the target of 70 million i.e. 7 crore passengers in the fourth phase, this airport will be handed over to the Uttar Pradesh Government (NIAL).

In terms of revenue, only Noida Airport will provide about 40 to 50 percent of the revenue, which will prove to be a milestone in terms of development.
