Team Detailing Solutions, a Chennai-based company started in 2005, has gifted 28 cars and 29 bikes to its employees. The company says that this will boost the morale of the employees and they will take inspiration from this and focus on increasing productivity by working harder. Team Detailing Solutions provides structural steel design and detailing services. According to the company website, it uses SDS/2, Tekla, AutoCAD, MathCAD, Descon and Office Document Software.

Sridhar Kannan said that we have full hope that now he will work with more enthusiasm. We have been gifting bikes to our employees in the past also. In the year 2022, we had gifted a car to two of our senior colleagues. Today we have gifted 28 cars. Besides, 29 bikes have also been given. We are helping them fulfill their dreams. If someone wants a car more expensive than the one he is getting, he can buy it by paying extra money. He said that till now we used to give assistance of Rs 50 thousand to people for getting married. Now this has also been increased to Rs 1 lakh. He said that we want to create a great work culture in our company.
