In this video, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is seen participating in many different Diwali celebrations and celebrating Diwali with people of the Hindu community. Whereas in the video, Justin Trudeau is saying that in the last few months he has visited three Hindu temples. Went there and met people. During this, he also showed the Kalava tied in his hands and was also seen eating Jalebi. However, many people have called it an attempt by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to woo people of the Hindu community before the Canadian elections.

Had said this by tweeting on Diwali

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had tweeted on October 31 (Thursday) wishing happy Diwali to the people of the Hindu community. Justin Trudeau had said in the tweet, “Diwali is celebrated on the victory of good over evil and knowledge over ignorance. Diwali is important for Hindu Canadians. In the month of November, we are also celebrating Hindu Heritage Month in Canada and hence we join the Hindu community in their celebration.”

He said, “Our government will always stand with Hindu Canadians for their safety. So that they can freely practice their religion with pride. I wish everyone a happy Diwali. May the festival of lights bring us happiness and prosperity.”

Relations between India and Canada have deteriorated for some time now.
