What is the auspicious time of Tulsi Vivah, know how to worship on this day.

Tulsi marriage is performed on the next day of Devuthani Ekadashi. This year Tulsi Vivah is on 13 November 2024. On this day the marriage of Shaligram ji and Tulsi Mata is performed.

Shaligram rock is a symbol of Lord Vishnu. He was married to Vrinda i.e. Tulsi. It is believed that performing Tulsi marriage on Shukla Paksha Dwadashi date of Kartik month gives the same results as doing Kanyadaan.

The auspicious time for Tulsi Vivah is 05:28 to 05:55 in the evening. Dwadashi Tithi of Kartik month will start on 12th November at 4.02 pm. Sampan will take place on November 13 at 1:01 pm.

On the day of Tulsi Vivah, after taking bath in the morning, wear clean clothes and worship Tulsi Mata. Offer milk mixed with saffron to the plant. Wear red chunari.

On the day of Tulsi Vivah, anoint Lord Vishnu with milk. Then get them aligned with Tulsi Mata. Combine both with Mauli.

It is considered best to perform Tulsi marriage on the occasion of Devuthani Ekadashi. There is a religious belief that by performing Tulsi Vivah on this day, one gets rid of the obstacles in marriage and one gets the desired groom.
