In a report published in Environmental Science and Technology Papers, it has been said that a recent study by researchers from Guangzhou Medical University and Jinan University in China has found an age-old method to be effective, which is done using domestic tap water. Can remove up to 90% nanoplastics and microplastics. This method is to boil water.

Biomedical engineer Zimin Yu of Guangzhou Medical University and his team said that boiling water removes the harmful elements present in it and protects the body from the harm caused by it.
