Bihar: ‘Tej Pratap Yadav is as afraid as he is…’, Akash Yadav’s counterattack on former minister’s statement

Janashakti Janata Dal (JJD) chief and former Bihar minister Tej Pratap Yadav on Saturday alleged that a conspiracy was being hatched to assassinate him and his father Lalu Yadav. In this regard, he has filed a police complaint against his former colleague Akash Yadav and many others.

The reaction of former RJD student wing president Akash Yadav has come to light on this complaint. Akash Yadav said, “First of all, I urge the Bihar government and administration that because of the fear that Tej Pratap Yadav has, he has reached the Secretariat police station. He is saying that someone can throw a bomb on him or someone has entered his house. The tax authorities should immediately investigate this.”

‘The misdeeds they have committed…’

He further said, “Police should investigate, extract CCTV footage and present the truth to the media. On that basis, we will participate in the legal process with a legal notice.” Regarding Tej Pratap, Akash Yadav said, “What misdeeds he has done. An attempt was made to enter our house by force. We have been threatened by Lawrence Bishnoi gang.”

Akash Yadav further said that the way the character of our entire family is being assassinated through press conferences. We are now going to start the process of taking legal action against them and through Anushka Yadav will communicate with the National Commission for Women team and express all our pain and demand a fair investigation.

What did Akash say on the allegations of giving money by Tej Pratap?

Akash said, “The way they accused us of demanding Rs 5-10 lakh. I say that if our mother has taken any money from anyone, you should prove it, but your mother Rabri Devi has taken land from people in the name of job. This case is also in the court. From your brother to your sister, everyone’s name is there in it.”

On the allegations made by Tej Pratap Yadav about managing Akash’s expenses, Akash Yadav said, “You said that you manage my expenses of Rs 10 lakh 20 lakhs, then on what basis do you manage my expenses. What is the basis of this? Give me proof of who you are.

I will write a letter to CBI- Akash Yadav

Akash Yadav told that I have placed this matter before CBI. Also, on Tuesday I will go to Delhi and write a letter to CBI demanding an investigation into all the issues related to the funding of 2025 Bihar Assembly elections and the allegations of land taking made against us.

He further said that Tej Pratap Yadav has accused me and my family of taking crores of rupees. In this I will demand from CBI to investigate from where all this money has come to Tej Pratap Yadav. He said that we have forgiven mistakes, but never forgiven sin and crime. This time, whatever Tej Pratap has done is a sin and a crime and we are sure that the court will definitely punish him.
