AIIMS Server Attack: Once again a case of cyber attack has come to the fore in Delhi’s AIIMS hospital. This information has been given by tweeting on behalf of All India Institute (AIIMS) itself. He said that a malware attack was detected by the cyber security system at AIIMS, New Delhi on Tuesday (June 6) at around 3 pm. However, this attempt of cyber attack has been completely foiled.

This is not the first time that hackers have cyber-attacked the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Even before this, many such cases have come to the fore. In the month of November 2022 also, there was a cyber attack on the hospital named ransomware attack. Due to this, patients had to face trouble for many days. Many servers were disrupted.

Cyber ​​attack caused a lot of damage

Due to the cyber attack last year, the daily functioning of the hospital like appointment, registration of patients, information about discharge slip etc. has been greatly affected. The matter was so big that representatives of the Delhi Police and the Ministry of Home Affairs got involved in the investigation. It was told that there was a cyber attack on the server of AIIMS from two e-mail IDs of Hong Kong. China’s role in the attack came to the fore. This was revealed by the Intelligence Fusion Strategic Operations (IFSO) of the Special Cell of Delhi Police.
