Under the Innovative Smart Travel Project, there is a plan to equip this passport with modern technology by the year 2025 and install biometric sensors at every entry and exit. This will make the process of going and coming anywhere fast, safe and convenient for people. In such a situation, this technology is being considered game-changing.

Passengers will be identified through biometric sensors

Giving information about this, Andrew Murphy, Chief Information Officer of Zayda International Airport, said that the biometric sensor has been designed without the need for any pre-registration. In such a situation, whenever the passengers pass through the entry and exit points of the airport, it will automatically authenticate the identity of the passenger. This work will be done in a few seconds, which will also reduce the time spent at the airport.

In such a situation, passengers will reach the gate in less than 15 minutes. Their experience will be great. Andrew Murphy said that this technology is already being used in some parts of the airport. Etihad Airlines flights are already using it.

Traveling to Abu Dhabi will be easier for tourists
