American Women Shot Man in Head: A case has come to light from Milwaukee, America, where the court sentenced a woman to 11 years in prison in a murder case. The guilty woman argued in the court that she had full permission to kill that person. Now let us tell you why the woman said so.
An American woman had shot a man in 2018, the verdict for which was given by the Kenosha County Court on Monday. The court sentenced the woman to 11 years in prison and also gave her 5 years of parole. In court, the woman argued that she was legally allowed to kill the man because the man had sexually abused her.
The deceased was trafficked at the age of 16
Prosecutors in Kenosha County Court revealed that in 2018, Kizer shot 34-year-old Randall Voller in the head in his home. Kizer not only shot the man in the head, but also burned his house and stole his BMW car. The convicted woman faces three charges of murder, arson and car theft. Kizer said that Voller had trafficked her when she was just 16 years old.
This has to be proved
The special thing is that the Supreme Court of Wisconsin gave a verdict in 2022, in which the victims of trafficking were acquitted of the crimes committed during trafficking. These crimes also included cases like murder, but now Kizer will have to prove that the reason behind his murder of Volar is trafficking.
