Allahabad High Court News: Allahabad High Court has refused to grant relief to the accused of committing unnatural acts with cows. The case is from Hapur district where a case of unnatural sex with a cow has come to light in a cowshed. In this case, the court refused to release the accused Hari Kishan on bail.
The court saw the video footage of the unnatural act with the cow in the cowshed and on the basis of the medical report of the Chief Veterinary Officer, refused to grant bail to the accused. On this matter, a single bench of Justice Piyush Agarwal refused to grant bail to the accused.
The court rejected the bail plea
The first bail application of the accused has already been rejected. The court rejected the second bail application due to lack of solid grounds. An FIR was registered against the petitioner in June 2023 at Hapur Nagar police station. In this case, an FIR was registered under section 377 of the IPC. Hari Kishan was accused of committing unnatural acts with cows.
The lawyer of the accused Hari Kishan denied all the allegations in the court and said that he is innocent and has been framed in false allegations. The lawyer argued that the petitioner belongs to the Gram Pradhan family. In such a situation, his family is being targeted to defeat the Gram Pradhan in the elections. The lawyer said that the FIR against him was lodged with a delay of two days.
The counsel for the petitioner gave this argument
The accused’s lawyer also raised questions about the person who made the video of the incident and said that the number from which the video went viral has not been disclosed in the FIR nor is it mentioned in any witness’ statement. However, the court ignored all these arguments.
The court said that the petitioner has committed unnatural acts with the cows in the cowshed. This is confirmed by the video footage.
