In the photo, Masood can be seen sitting next to head coach Jason Gillespie and smiling even as Pakistan lost eight wickets for 137 runs and gained a lead of just 20 runs against Bangladesh. The scene has angered Pakistani cricket fans on social media.

Earlier also a video of Shan Masood went viral in which he was seen arguing with the team coach Jason Gillespie. It is clear from these incidents that everything is not going well in the dressing room of the Pakistan cricket team.

Shameful defeat for Pakistan

For Bangladesh, this was their first Test win against Pakistan, but the 10-wicket victory also established the biggest winning margin for Bangladesh. For Pakistan, this was their worst defeat at home (including matches played in the UAE). Also, Pakistan have not won a Test match at home since February 2021, when they beat South Africa.

Pakistan slips down in World Test Championship 2025 points table
