The newspaper reported that Biden saw North Korea’s deployment in Russia’s war against Ukraine as a condition that required permission to use such long-range missiles inside Russia. RBC Ukraine news agency quoted a source as saying that the attack was successfully carried out on a target in Karachev in Russia’s Bryansk region.

“In fact, for the first time we used ATACMS to attack Russian territory. The attack was conducted against a facility in the Bryansk region and was successfully targeted,” the source said. The agency also said that a massive fire is visible in the social media footage obtained from the incident site. The agency further said that the target of this attack was the 67th armory of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Army.
