Amrita Rao made an emotional post on completion of 13 years of ‘Jolly LLB’

It has been 13 years since the release of Bollywood’s popular courtroom drama film ‘Jolly LLB’. Despite so many years, this film is still very popular among the audience. The story of the film, its dialogues and the excellent acting of the actors made it special. On this special occasion, the film’s lead actress Amrita Rao has shared old memories related to the film on social media.

Sandhu’s character is etched in Amrita’s memories.

Amrita Rao shared a video related to the film on her Instagram account and wrote that ‘Today is the anniversary of ‘Jolly LLB’. I consider myself very lucky that I got the opportunity to be a part of such films which made a special place in the hearts of the audience. When I heard the story of this film for the first time, I understood that this film was far ahead of its time. Playing the character of Sandhya of Meerut i.e. Sandhu of Jolly is one of my fondest memories.

Amrita further wrote, ‘For this role, I practiced driving a scooter and also learned the dialect of ‘Tu-Tadaak’ in the desi style. Subhash Kapoor was always seen in his best style on the film sets. Arshad Warsi has always been the most fun and really jolly co-star and the most important thing is that this film also got the Best Film honor at the National Award.

Parts 2 and 3 of the film also entertained the audience.

Let us tell you, ‘Jolly LLB’, released in 2013, was produced by Fox Star Studios. In the film, Arshad Warsi played the role of lawyer Jagdish Tyagi alias Jolly, who fights to get justice for laborers killed in a road accident. Artists like Amrita Rao, Boman Irani and Saurabh Shukla were seen in the film. After release, this film received very good response from the audience and film critics. After this, ‘Jolly LLB 2’ came in 2017, in which Akshay Kumar was seen in the lead role. Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi were seen together in ‘Jolly LLB 3’ released last year, which was greatly liked by the audience.
