Maharashtra DTE Polytechnic result released, admission process can start from today

DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Result 2026: There is a big update for the students waiting for admission in Diploma Engineering and Technology courses in Maharashtra. Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra has released the Polytechnic CAP Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2026. After the release of seat allotment, candidates can check the allotment status by visiting the official website with the help of their login credentials. After this, successful candidates will have to accept the seat and report to the concerned institute within the stipulated time.

The first round of seat allotment is an important stage of the admission process in various polytechnic institutes of the state. Candidates will be allotted colleges and branches on the basis of their merit, category, reservation rules, options filled during counseling and available seats.

When will the admission process start?

After the release of Round-1 seat allotment, the process of online seat acceptance will run from July 16 to July 18. During this period, candidates will also have to report to their allotted institute. If a candidate does not accept the seat or does not report to the institute within the stipulated time, his/her allotted seat may be cancelled.

• After the release of seat allotment, candidates should first visit the official admission website of DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic http://poly26.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/.
• Click on Round 1 Seat Allotment Result link visible on the home page.
• Now login by entering your login ID and other necessary details.
• After this your seat allotment status will appear on the screen.
• From here, check the information about the allotted college and course and download the allotment letter and keep it safe for future.

What to do after getting a seat?

After seeing the result, candidates should first ensure which college and which course they have been allotted. Now if you are not satisfied with the seat allotted at home, you will have to accept the seat online during the specified date. After that it will be mandatory to report at the allotted institute with necessary documents. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website of DTE Maharashtra for all new information related to further counseling and document verification.
