NEET PG 2026: Correction window opened, chance for improvement till July 28

NEET PG 2026: An important update has come out for the candidates preparing for NEET PG 2026. National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has opened the correction window to make corrections in the application form. Candidates who had made any mistake while filling the application will now get a chance to correct it. Apart from this, the board has also released information about city intimation slip, admit card and important dates related to the examination. In such a situation, candidates should make necessary changes within the stipulated time. So let us tell you today when the city slip and admit card will come.

NEET PG 2026 correction window opens

NBEMS has started the process of correction in the application form for NEET PG 2026. Candidates who want to make changes in their application can visit the official website natboard.edu.in You can go to and make corrections till 28th July.

Which information can be changed?

Candidates can make changes to certain information in the application form during the correction window. These include date of birth, gender, category, PwD status, EWS status, educational qualification. However, changes in some information will not be allowed. These include name, category, email ID, nationality, exam city and mobile number.

Will also be able to correct photo, signature and thumb impression

According to the official schedule of NBEMS, candidates who have any deficiency or mistake in their photograph, signature or thumb impression will be able to correct them through the Image Scrutiny tab from July 31 to August 8.

How to make corrections in the application form

1. If you want to make changes in your application form, first visit the official website of NBEMS. natboard.edu.in Go to.

2. Go to the Examinations section and select NEET PG.

3. Click on Applicant Login.

4. Sign in by entering your login details.

5. Make corrections to the information where changes are allowed.

6. Click on Save & Next.

7.Recheck the application form and submit it.

8. Download the confirmation page and keep it safe for future.

When will the city slip and admit card come?

The last date for making corrections in the application for NEET PG 2026 is 28 July 2026. After this, candidates will be able to correct the mistakes related to images like photo, signature and thumb impression from 31 July to 8 August 2026. City intimation slip will be released on 11 August 2026, while the admit card will be made available on 27 August 2026. NEET PG 2026 exam will be held on 30 August 2026 and the results as well as cut-off can be released by 30 September 2026.

Exam pattern of NEET PG 2026

A total of 180 MCQs will be asked in the NEET PG 2026 exam, which will be of 720 marks. Candidates will get 3 hours 30 minutes to complete the examination. According to the information released by NBEMS, 4 marks will be given for every correct answer. 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The questions which are not answered will neither be awarded marks nor will any marks be deducted.
