What work will have to be done in the job?

The job of Class IV employees is to make the everyday functioning of any government office or institution easier. This may include transferring files from one table to another, keeping documents organized, helping in cleaning the office, doing necessary work as directed by officials and assisting people coming and going. If the appointment is in a school, hospital or any other department, then the responsibilities may also change accordingly.

These formalities have to be completed before joining

After selection, the candidates first have to get their documents verified. After this, medical examination or other necessary procedures are completed. After all the formalities are completed, the concerned department issues the appointment letter and the candidate has to join his duty on the scheduled date.
