Holidays extended in MP
Schools for primary classes in Madhya Pradesh have been closed till 1 July. At the same time, schools from class 6 to 12 will open but the timing will be changed. This decision has been taken due to the heatwave. This rule applies to all types of schools. Schools for classes 6 to 12 will open from tomorrow i.e. 20th June but they will be opened on half day pattern.
Schools closed again in Jharkhand
Due to the heat, the schools of Jharkhand have been closed again. This is the third time that the holidays have been extended. Schools till class 8 will remain closed till June 21. While the timing for class 9 to 12 has been changed from 7 to 11 in the morning. Before this, the holiday was extended on 11 and 14 June as well.
Schools are closed till 26 in UP
Schools in UP ie Uttar Pradesh have been closed till 26 June. The Uttar Pradesh government had issued instructions in this regard a few days ago. The schools here were to open from June 15, which are now closed till June 26. This order was applicable for the government schools of UP.
Schools are also closed in Chhattisgarh
Schools in Chhattisgarh have also been kept closed till June 26. This decision has been taken due to heatwave. Schools in Bihar’s capital Patna have also been closed till June 24. This order of Patna will be applicable from June 19 and will remain till June 24.
Schools closed due to heavy rains in Tamil Nadu
Schools have been closed due to heavy rains in Tamil Nadu. The district administration has issued orders in this regard. Apart from Chennai, a holiday has been declared for schools in Ranipet, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Chengalpet and Vellore.
