Babar Azam remembered Prophet Muhammad, gave this statement when he was struggling with bad form

Babar Azam Prophet Muhammad: Babar Azam, the captain of Pakistan’s ODI and T20 team, is currently struggling with poor form. Recently, Babar was able to score only 64 runs in four innings of 2 Test matches against Bangladesh. Amidst the increasing pressure due to poor form, Babar Azam has now started remembering Prophet Mohammad. Babar told through social media that Prophet Mohammad teaches everyone not to give up in difficult times.

Pakistan team captain Babar Azam wrote on X, “Prophet Muhammad leads us to the light even in the most difficult situations. He has taught us to look with compassionate eyes.” Let us tell you that Babar is being criticized not only for his personal performance but also as a captain. This year, he has scored only 113 runs in 3 Test matches, in which his highest score has been 31 runs. Due to this poor performance, he has dropped out of the top-10 of the batting rankings in Test cricket.

Babar Azam’s luck has not been in his favour since the ODI Cricket World Cup held in India last year. After that, he also captained the Pakistan team in the T20 World Cup 2024, but this time Pakistan could not even reach the Super-8. It even had to face defeat against USA.

Babar Azam’s performance in 2024

If we look at the year 2024, Babar Azam has played 3 Test matches this year. In these, he has scored 113 runs at an average of 18.23. He has not been able to score even a fifty in Test cricket this year. Although Babar has not played a single ODI match this year, he has definitely batted in 18 innings of T20 cricket. In these 18 innings, he has scored 660 runs at an average of 38.81. Meanwhile, he was also heavily criticized for batting at a strike rate of 101 in the T20 World Cup.
