Rahane Prithvi Shaw IPL 2025: Amazing happened on the second day of IPL 2025 mega auction. Many veteran players including Ajinkya Rahane and Kane Williamson remained unsold in the first innings. No one even asked Prithvi Shaw and Mayank Agarwal. Williamson’s base price was Rs 2 crore. Whereas Rahane’s base price was Rs 1.50 crore. Whereas the base price of Prithvi was only Rs 75 lakh. After being out of Team India, Prithvi was also out of the domestic team. Action was also taken against him.

Rahane has been out of Team India for a long time. Williamson has also been out of the team for a long time. Rahane has previously played for Chennai Super Kings. But this time no one bought him in the auction. Talking about Williamson, he was a part of Gujarat Titans. But now no one bought them the first time. Both these players have made a splash in international cricket as well as IPL.

Shardul Thakur has performed well for Chennai Super Kings. But they also remained unsold. No one bid on New Zealand player Glenn Phillips either. Although the names of these players can be taken again, teams can still buy them.
