Due to deficiency of Vitamin B6, many symptoms appear on the body. Such as lack of blood in the body, rashes, glossitis may occur. Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine, including increasing neurotransmitter synthesis and hemoglobin, performs many functions related to body functions. This is very important for hormonal health and strengthening immunity. Due to eating too much junk, fast food, oil, salt and sodium, deficiency of this vitamin starts in the body. Due to deficiency of this vitamin, tingling in hands and feet also starts. Today we will tell you about such diets which can compensate for the deficiency of this vitamin in the body.

How to overcome Vitamin B6 deficiency

Fruits and Vegetables: Include banana, avocado and potato in your daily diet. Leafy greens and citrus fruits also contribute to the intake of vitamin B6.

Whole grains: Choose whole grains like brown rice, quinoa and oats. These not only provide fiber but also essential nutrients.

Protein Source: Lean meats like chicken and fish are excellent sources of vitamin B6. Plant-based options like chickpeas, lentils and nuts (almonds and walnuts) are also beneficial.

Dairy Products: Include milk, curd and cheese in your diet for additional sources of vitamin B6.

Drink less alcohol: On one hand, alcohol can hinder the absorption of Vitamin B6 and on the other hand it can increase the body’s need for it.

Balance your diet: Be sure to eat a varied diet to prevent deficiencies in other B vitamins that often occur with low B6 levels.

numbness or tingling in hands and feet

blisters or redness on the tongue
