But the selectors will take into account which team goes to the playoffs of IPL 2026, only after that a decision will be taken on the pace attack for the test match against Afghanistan.
According to a BCCI source, till now only Jasprit Bumrah But it has been decided that they will not play in the playoffs, because Mumbai Indians are out of IPL 2026. Harshit Rana and Akashdeep are currently injured, that is why they could not participate in IPL 2026. On the other hand, Gujarat Titans have almost confirmed their place in the playoffs, whose fast bowlers Mohammad Siraj and Prasidh Krishna are in great form.
