Artificial AI will be available in Ola Electric and Cabs
Bhavish Aggarwal said at the Sankalp 2024 event held in Bengaluru on Thursday that artificial AI will work as a customer care tool in Ola Electric and Ola Cabs. Artificial AI was launched in December 2023. After the funding round, it became a unicorn by achieving a valuation of $ 1 billion. Along with this, the company has also started a loyalty program called Ola Coin for customers.
Ola Cabs now becomes Ola Consumer, Roadster series launched
Bhavish Aggarwal told that Ola Cabs will now be known as Ola Consumer. Many types of consumer services will be provided in the new brand. Also, Ola Share is also being restarted. This service, which was stopped during the Corona epidemic, has now started in Bengaluru. Gradually it will go live all over the country. In this program, Ola has also launched Roadster Series bikes. Their price will be between Rs 74,999 to Rs 2,49,999.
Any brand of ONDC can use the dark store
Ola CEO said that the company is now preparing to open a 1 Gigawatt data center. This center will be ready by 2028. Currently, Ola has a capacity of 20 MW. Apart from this, he has also announced the opening of the company’s dark stores. These will be used for faster delivery of goods. The special thing about these dark stores will be that robots will work in them instead of humans. Any brand present on the ONDC network can use these stores.
