Shivraj Singh Chouhan Convoy New Cars: The officers of PHQ and Special Branch have started the exercise to replace the vehicles included in the convoy of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. According to the information received from the sources, keeping in view the security reasons, PR level-6 vehicles will now be included in the convoy of the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. Along with this, VIP-1 protocol will also be changed for people with Z+ security. Due to this, a draft has been prepared by the Special Branch of Police Headquarters (PHQ) to buy eight new vehicles.
Keeping in view the modern conditions, it has been decided to improve the security of these vehicles in advance. At present, the convoy of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan includes Bullet proof cars of Fortuner company. Improvements are being made in the model of these vehicles on the basis of the reports given by the security officials and investigative agencies. Now BR-6 level vehicles will be included in the Chief Minister’s convoy. According to the information received, there will be no effect of bomb blasts, sniper attacks and AK-47 attacks on these vehicles.
Fortuner vehicles included in CM Shivraj’s convoy
PHQ has made up its mind to implement many important conditions before the purchase of vehicles. Apart from Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, these vehicles will also be used for VIP personalities given Z plus security by the investigating agencies. When discussed with the officers of the PHQ Special Branch, they told that at present the vehicles of Fortuner companies are included in the convoy of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, but now the time has come to update them considering the present time and circumstances.
Many companies will send quotations, criteria will have to be fulfilled
This is the reason that preparations are being made to buy 8 new BR Level 6 vehicles. Due to this, other companies including Fortuner have been asked to send quotations. Along with this, the companies have been informed about the important conditions for security reasons. Whichever company fulfills these criteria, vehicles will be bought from them.
Simultaneously, old vehicles will be updated to include in the Chief Minister’s convoy and sent to Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur cities, where old cars will also be used for other VIPs holding Z plus security including the Chief Minister. All these changes are being done on the basis of the suggestion given by the Security Investigation Agency.
