‘CM Mamta Banerjee should be arrested’, BJP MP writes letter to ED director

Kolkata Rape-Murder Case: Protests are continuing over the rape-murder incident of a trainee doctor at Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College. BJP is attacking CM Mamata Banerjee and TMC over this matter. Meanwhile, BJP MP Jyotirmoy Singh Mahato has demanded the arrest of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

According to the report of news agency ANI, BJP MP from Purulia Lok Sabha seat of West Bengal, Jyotirmoy Singh Mahato has written a letter to the ED director. In which he requested that a thorough investigation be conducted into the rape-murder incident at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital and the alleged involvement of Sandeep Ghosh in the health scam. Along with this, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee should be arrested.

People should get justice- BJP MP

BJP MP from Purulia seat Jyotirmoy Singh Mahato wrote a post on the social media platform ‘X’. In which the BJP MP said that I have written a letter to the Director of Enforcement Directorate requesting a thorough investigation of the RG Kar and Sandeep Ghosh health scam and the arrest of CM Mamata Banerjee. The MP said that the evidence shows that there is widespread corruption and misuse of power in the health sector of West Bengal. In such a situation, people should get justice.

Angry with the Kolkata incident, TMC MP Jawahar Sarkar resigned

On Sunday (September 8), TMC MP Jawahar Sarkar resigned from the party and politics over the Bengal government’s negligence in the Kolkata horror case. The TMC MP wrote a letter to CM Mamata demanding justice for Abhaya. In a letter to TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee, Jawahar Sarkar said that he has decided to resign from Parliament and also from politics completely. Sarkar alleged that the party and Mamata government should deal with corruption.
