‘Government should do it as soon as possible…’, said Sachin Pilot on the death of a student due to stabbing in Udaipur

Udaipur News: A tenth class student died during treatment today after a stabbing incident in Udaipur. Now, regarding this incident, former Rajasthan Deputy CM Sachin Pilot said that my condolences are with the student’s family. He also appealed to everyone to maintain law and order.

Meanwhile, Udaipur Range IG Ajaypal Lamba said that the injured student died during treatment today. The body has been sent for postmortem. He said, “The body will be handed over to the family after the postmortem.”

A large number of policemen have been deployed outside the district hospital to maintain law and order. Additional policemen have also been deployed in various parts of the city. Communal violence had erupted on Friday due to the stabbing incident. Shortly before the student’s death, his sister had tied a Rakhi on his wrist in the hospital today on Raksha Bandhan. At the same time, tight security arrangements have been made in the city and mobile internet services have been extended for the next 24 hours.

Let us tell you that in Udaipur, a 15-year-old school student was attacked with a knife by his classmate on August 16 over some issue outside the school. After the incident, the local police took the accused into custody and arrested his father. According to the police, after the stabbing incident, a large number of members of Hindu organizations protested and vandalized a shop in a mall, besides setting some cars on fire in a motor garage.
