What did Mamata Banerjee say?

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday (August 14) urged the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to solve the Kolkata rape and murder case as soon as possible. Along with this, she also demanded that the culprits be hanged by Sunday (August 18). The important thing is that CM Mamata Banerjee has claimed that the state police has completed 90 percent of the investigation in this case.

‘Don’t abuse West Bengal’

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee told the political parties, ‘You people can abuse me and you are completely free to do so but do not abuse West Bengal.’ Mamata Banerjee said this after the protests that took place after this incident. She said that the state government will give full cooperation to the CBI so that this matter can be solved soon.
