Mumbai: 2 students die due to drugs overdose in live concert, 6 including organizer arrested

A drugs party was organized in a live concert organized in Mumbai, Maharashtra. During this period, two students have died due to drug overdose. In this case, the police have arrested 6 people including the organizer. The dead include a boy and a girl. The arrested accused include the names of Akash Samal, Vinod Jain, Prateek Pandey, Anand Patel, Raunak Khandelwal and Balkrishna Kurup.

The police have recorded statements of 15 to 20 people. The age of both the victims is 20-22 years. Nesco spokesperson expressed grief

Had consumed drugs during the concert

It is being told that both the students had consumed drugs during the concert. Many people started having trouble breathing, after which they were immediately admitted to the hospital. This can be confirmed after forensic investigation. In the case, the police have recorded the statements of other students from the spot. Besides, the organizers and operators are also being interrogated.
