Kolkata Rape Murder Case: There is an atmosphere of anger across the country after the incident of brutality against a female doctor in Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. In this case, the leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party are constantly targeting West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and demanding her resignation.
On Thursday (September 5), Bengal BJP chief Sukanta Majumdar made a big allegation against former principal of Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, Sandip Ghosh. Sukanta Majumdar said that Sandip Ghosh had tried to tamper with the evidence the very next day of the Kolkata rape murder case. An order was also posted on the social media platform X in this regard.
What was the allegation?
Bengal BJP chief Sukanta Majumdar alleged that the former principal ordered renovation near the seminar hall the very next day of the rape incident, where the female doctor was raped and later murdered. It was alleged that the order was issued on August 10, just a day after the victim’s death. Sukanta Majumdar also said that despite the allegations of the protesters, the police commissioner kept denying it.
