Opposition’s math changed after Karnataka, understand from Mamta Banerjee’s statement what will be the role of Congress?

Lok Sabha Seat Sharing Formula: The post of CM in Karnataka may have given tension to the Congress, but with this victory, the stature of the Congress has increased in the opposition. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee was not in a mood to give any price to Congress till yesterday, now she is offering 200 formula to Congress. On the other hand, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has been engaged in the campaign of unity of opposition couples for the last few days. He has toured from Kolkata to Lucknow and from Ranchi to Mumbai. But after the victory of Karnataka, it seems that the political arithmetic of the opposition has changed.

Wherever Congress is strong, let them fight
CM Mamata Banerjee on Monday (May 15) said, “Wherever Congress is strong in 200 seats, let them fight… We will support them, but they will have to support other political parties as well. If I support you in Karnataka I do, but in Bengal you will fight against me, this should not be the policy.”

What did Congress say?
Mamta Banerjee gave this statement on Monday, after which it started being discussed whether the Congress has again become the axis of the opposition? On this matter, Congress Parliamentary Party leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary said that Mamta Banerjee who goes to Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, but did not go to Karnataka because the Congress party is fighting there. Today, when the Congress has won, then they started feeling that it would be difficult for them to move forward in Bengal without the Congress.

Congress in the center point of the opposition
Actually, the victory of Karnataka has brought the Congress to the center point of the opposition. On the idea given by Mamta Banerjee, RJD spokesperson Manoj Jha said that we should fight one to one against BJP on maximum number of seats, be it Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, the same party should go ahead. There should be one who is strong.

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav’s statement
On Tuesday, on Mamata Banerjee’s statement regarding opposition unity, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said that Nitish Kumar, Mamta Banerjee, KCR and various political parties are trying to find a way out. Wherever a party is strong, elections will be fought under its leadership in all those places.

Pay attention to where the Congress is strong
This means that the states where the Congress is strong should pay attention there and leave it for the rest of the regional parties. According to this formula, the idea of not fielding Congress candidate against TMC in West Bengal, Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh, RJD and JDU in Bihar, NCP-Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, DMK in Tamil Nadu, Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi-Punjab should be given. Used to be.

Equation of 143 seats
Apart from these, the seats of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala are also included. According to Mamta Banerjee, there are 200 seats on which even the opposition can support. In such a situation, it is important to know which those 200 seats could be. There are 29 seats in Madhya Pradesh, 28 in Karnataka, 26 in Gujarat, 25 in Rajasthan, 14 in Assam, 11 in Chhattisgarh and 10 in Haryana.

Add the seats of all these states, it becomes a figure of 143. Here there is almost a straight fight between Congress and BJP. There is talk of giving the support of the opposition parties to the Congress on these seats. Apart from this, by giving four-five seats in big states, the figure is to reach 200. Nitish Kumar also came out with the same formula, but Karnataka’s victory has spoiled the whole game.
