To apply for Minor PAN Card, you will first have to go to the official website of NSDL https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html. After this you will have to select ‘New PAN- Indian Citizen (Form 49A)’ from the application type. After this you will have to select ‘Individual’ in the category.

Then you will have to enter all the details like full name, date of birth, mobile number and email ID in the applicant information. Then captcha code will have to be entered. After this you will have to click on submit. Then you will see a token number on the screen, note it down. After this click on ‘Continue with PAN Application Form’.

Now you have to select the option of ‘Forward application documents physically’. After this you will have to enter the last 4 digits and name of Aadhar card. And the necessary information asked will have to be entered. Then you have to click on Next and submit parents details, income details and documents here. After this you will get the option of submit in the last. Where you will have to pay a fee of Rs 107. PAN card will reach the registered address in 10 to 15 days.
