Congress furious over US Agriculture Minister’s statement

Referring to the statement by America’s Agriculture Minister Brooke Rollins, Congress targeted the central government. Brook Rollins said, ‘Now the products of American farmers will be sold in the Indian market. This will bring money to rural areas of America. Indian market is very important for American farmers. Trump has benefited America’s farmers with this deal. Congress described his statement as extremely worrying for India.

Indian farmers will suffer losses: Congress

Congress said, ‘It is clear from the statement of the US Agriculture Minister that the Modi government has made this deal ignoring the interests of the farmers of India. This will cause loss to farmers in India. Now they will have to compete with American farmers in their own country. This is a complete attack on the farmers of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi should answer why he compromised the interests of the farmers of India?
