President Ujjain Visit: President Draupadi Murmu is coming to Ujjain to seek blessings of Lord Mahakal. According to Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh, President Draupadi Murmu’s visit to Ujjain has been fixed on 19 September. He told that during the visit, the President will also visit Mahakaleshwar Temple to seek blessings of Lord Mahakal. During this, many VIPs including Governor Mangubhai Patel and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will be present.

Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh said that the minute to minute program of the President has not come yet. The program is awaited from the President’s office. However, President Draupadi Murmu’s visit has been confirmed. She is going to visit the court of Lord Mahakal on 19 September. A statement has also come from the Mahakal Temple Management Committee. Administrator Ganesh Kumar Dhakad said that according to the tradition of the temple, Abhishek of water and milk can be done before 4:30 pm. After 4:30 pm, the decoration of Lord Mahakal starts. After that, evening and sleeping aarti take place. He said that Jalabhishek starts after Bhasma Aarti in the morning.

There is a protocol for Mahamandaleshwar, Governor, Chief Minister, Cabinet Minister and President, Prime Minister to enter the sanctum sanctorum of Mahakaleshwar temple. The temple administration says that if the President reaches before 4:30 pm, Jalabhishek and Dudh Abhishek Puja of the President will be done. It is being speculated that the President may also visit the house of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The President may pay tribute to the Chief Minister’s father, late Poonam Chand Yadav. The administration is currently waiting for the complete program to come from the President’s office. In view of the President’s visit, the Ujjain administration has started preparations.
