Shahbaz government has neither control on pollution nor on words, when AQI crossed 1900 he said – India is responsible

Pakistan blames India for pollution: On Saturday (2 November) in Lahore city of India’s neighboring country Pakistan, the level of Air Quality Index (AQI) had reached 1900, which is considered quite dangerous. For this, the local administration had to immediately find security measures. However, meanwhile, the Pakistani minister said something which will make you laugh. Senior Punjab Minister Maryam Aurangzeb blamed the winds coming from India for this increasing pollution. He said that the situation in Lahore is getting worse due to the polluted smoke coming from India. According to him, this problem will not be solved until talks are held with India. He plans to initiate discussions with India on this issue through Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry.

Lahore city of Pakistan is the second largest city of the country, which on Sunday (November 3) reached the top in the list of most polluted cities in the world. In view of this, Lahore administration has taken many emergency steps to deal with pollution. They have closed primary schools for a week. Parents have been urged to keep children safe at home and insist on wearing masks. Apart from this, 50 percent people have been instructed to work from home. So that pollution can be reduced.

Provincial Minister Maryam Aurangzeb issued advisory
Provincial Minister Maryam Aurangzeb has issued an advisory for local residents, stating that people should stay at home and not go out unless absolutely necessary. Keep doors and windows closed so that the effect of smog is reduced. Avoid traveling and use a mask. Additionally, smog counters have been installed in all hospitals and have been asked to be prepared for emergency situations.

Other measures to reduce pollution
Rickshaw and three-wheelers have been banned. Construction works have been banned. If factories and construction sites do not follow these rules, they can be ordered to close.
