What signal is the rapid voting giving?

The rapid voting taking place in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu is definitely increasing the tension of political parties. However, the reason for such high voting is also the Voter List Revision (SIR) conducted by the Election Commission, in which the names of the dead and the voters who have shifted to other states were deleted. That is why this voting percentage seems to be increasing.
