Where will the elections be held in 2025?
There are assembly elections in two states in 2025. First Delhi and second Bihar. Assembly elections were held in both these states in 2020. In Delhi, AAP chief Kejriwal had shocked BJP by scoring a hat-trick of consecutive victories. At the same time, JDU-BJP alliance had won in Bihar.
However, later Nitish Kumar broke ties with BJP and joined the grand alliance and brought BJP into opposition. Nitish was not interested in grand alliance for long and he again joined BJP. JDU has Lok Sabha elections Also fought together with BJP. Nitish Kumar is continuously saying that he will remain with BJP and will fight the assembly elections together. However, no one knows when Nitish Kumar will change sides.
The road is difficult in Delhi-Bihar
If political experts are to be believed, the path to Delhi and Bihar is not easy for BJP. Kejriwal is trying his best to return to power in Delhi. The way AAP has spread its foothold in Delhi, the path for BJP is not looking easy.
On the other hand, in Bihar, BJP and JDU leaders are continuously claiming to contest the assembly elections together, while RJD has geared up with Congress. Prashant Kishor, who formed governments in many states with his strategy, has also announced to contest the elections. In such a situation, a triangular contest is expected this time in Bihar.
