Harvinder Kalyan became speaker

Kalyan is a three-time MLA from Gharaunda in Karnal district. Before Kalyan was elected Speaker of the Assembly, Protem Speaker and senior Congress leader Raghuveer Singh Kadian administered the oath to the newly elected MLAs of the 90-member Assembly.
