Citizens will be saved from fraud
The most important thing about this portal is that the person will be protected from fraud in certificates regarding birth and death. If a person does not file the record within 21 days, then the receipt number for the late fee charged after 21 days will have to be entered, only after which the process will be able to proceed. If a person files a record within 21 days, he will not have to pay any fee.
Whereas for more than 21 days i.e. from 22 to 30, Rs 2 will have to be paid and for 31 days to one year, late fee of Rs 5 will have to be paid. Along with this, a fee of Rs 10 has been fixed for older certificates. Private hospitals will also be able to register birth and death records on this app.
