What is exit poll?
Exit poll is an election survey, which is conducted at the time of voting. There are many agencies conducting exit polls, whose employees are present near the polling stations. As soon as the voter comes out after voting, the agency personnel question him as to which candidate or party he has cast his vote for. A report is prepared on the basis of voters’ responses and then it is evaluated on the basis of candidates or political parties. On this basis, victory and defeat are predicted.
